Join us for Serve the City as we share Jesus' love by serving our neighbors in need!

When: Saturday, September 21st | 8:45am - Noon 

Where: Grace Norfolk 

Below are some examples of projects that are typically available. Please note, not all projects are available each month.

• FoodBank (ages 12+) - The team will sort food items at the Norfolk location.
• Global Friendship House - Assist with outside grounds maintenance for International ODU Students. Weeding, mowing, edging, mulching, and washing windows. Garden gloves and/or tools (shovel, trowel, rakes, etc.) recommended.
• For Kids / Good Mojo thrift store (ages 13+) - sorting food and/or clothing.
• Union Mission Women's Ministry - Spend time and craft with women within the facility.

We do our best to honor project preferences, but sometimes we have to change assignments because of different factors (size of project, whether it's canceled, whether children can serve, etc.) Thank you for your flexibility! 

Please arrive no later than 8:45 a.m.  Get some breakfast and enjoy till 9 a.m.,when you will move into the auditorium for a brief devotional, quick meet and prayer with your team members, then you will all head out to your service location.
